Papua DPR Commission V Takes Groundbreaking for Dormitory Development

goodmorningpapua.com – A member of Commission V for Education, Health and Community Welfare of Papuan DPRP, Hengki Bayage, S.AP., M.AP accompanied by several members of Commission V along with servants of God, intellectual representatives from the Amuma District Student Association (IPMDA) Yahukimo Regency in Jayapura and Representatives of the IPMDA Dormitory Development Committee took groundbreaking for the building of the IPMDA Dormitory in Abe Pantai, Abepura District, Jayapura City, Friday (19/11).

As a member of Commission V DPRP Papua, as well as representing Dapil V covering Yahukimo, Yalimo and the Bintang Mountains, Hengki Bayage expressed that he immediately took steps by taking the groundbreaking for the building of the IPMDA Dormitory in Jayapura City.

Hengki said that through this groundbreaking, it turned out that many donations were given, either individually, in groups, on behalf of organizations and families to support the construction of the IPMDA Dormitory in Jayapura City.

Representing the Chairperson of Commission V DPRP Papua, Deki Nawipa said that his party will continue to provide support for the construction of the IPMDA Dormitory for students in Jayapura City. For, this is related to human resource development in Papua.

Nawipa stated that the proposal given by the IPMDA Management and Committee in Commission V of the Papua DPRP will discuss it with work partners, so that in the future there will be attention in the context of the construction of the IPMDA Dormitory in Jayapura City.

In the same place, the Founder of IPMDA Jayapura City who is also a Member of the DPRD Yahukimo Regency, Paul Heluka, S.IP stated that IPMDA is now 19 years old. Since its establishment on March 13, 2002. IPMDA was first established in Abe Pantai, Jayapura City. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the IPMDA Dormitory Development Committee in Jayapura City, Pinius Bayage expressed his gratitude to Commission V of the Papua DPRP for helping. He himself did not think that at this time the groundbreaking was taking place and there were so many material and non-material donations to support the construction of the dormitory.
