MoU of Management for Peparnas XVI Fund of Papua Signed

goodmorningpapua.com-The Agency of Fund Management and Sports Business (LPDUK) and the Grand Committee of the XVI 2021 Papua National Paralympic Week (Peparnas) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to cooperation in managing commercial funds of Peparnas XVI  in Papua. The signing of the MoU was carried out by the Acting Director of LPDUK Firtian Judiswandarta with the Daily Chair of PB Peparnas XVI 2021 of Papua, Doren Wakerkwa at the LPDUK Office on Jalan Radio I Number 13, South Jakarta, Friday (18/6).

With the signing of the MoU, both parties agreed to synergize in the successful implementation of Peparnas XVI, especially on the side of managing of commercial funds to be effective, efficient, transparent and accountable as one of the sub-components of successful implementation of national sports events.

“Thank you very much for the cooperation for the success of the Peparnas XVI which has been signed. On behalf of the Governor of Papua, who is also the Chair of PB Peparnas XVI and also the Papuan people, I also express my gratitude for the support for the success of Peparnas in Papua,” said the Daily Chair of PB Peparnas XVI 2021 of Papua, Doren Wakerkwa after signing the MoU

In the Memorandum of Understanding signed, PB Peparnas XVI 2021 of Papua uses the services provided by LPDUK, namely the management of commercial income, sponsorship and other income. The commercial income will later be used to make the event a success and obligations that must be fulfilled by PB Peparnas XVI to the sponsor according to the sponsorship agreement.

The Acting Director of LPDUK Firtian Judiswandarta also expressed his gratitude because of the MoU, which had been discussed intensively together, was finally agreed. “The implementation of the agreement will be regulated technically through the Cooperation Agreement (PKS),” he said.

The Papua National Paralympic Week (Peparnas) XVI 2021 will be held on November 2-15, 2021. This national sports event between athletes with disabilities around the country will be centered in the city of Jayapura and Jayapura Regency by competing in 12 sports (sports).
