First time setting foot on Papua, Sita Nursanti: Is this called a Paradise?

goodmorningpapua.com – The first time she set foot on Papua, the role of actress Sita Nursanti couldn’t stop sighing because of the natural beauty she saw. Friwen Island became the first place visited by Sita Nursanti and the production team of the film President’s Bicycle.

“And when I arrived, the island was very quiet, I was like, ‘Is this called a paradise?’ Very good,” said Sita when sharing her experience at the XXI Epicentrum, South Jakarta, Monday (20/12/2021). Stunningly beautiful beaches also captivated Sita’s heart while in Papua.

This former member of the vocal group Rida Sita Dewi even admitted that she never wore footwear while playing on the beaches in Raja Ampat. “For the first time yesterday, I met the beach in my entire life. During my activities I don’t wear shoes, don’t wear sandals, just walk barefoot,” said Sita.

Behind its natural beauty, Sita Nursanti also sees how development is still uneven in Indonesia. Some areas in Raja Ampat still do not experience 24-hour electricity like other areas. Therefore, Sita Nursanti hopes that the distribution of infrastructure development can continue to be carried out all the way to Papua.
