The number of passengers is equivalent to 1,150,554 passengers, compared to last year’s only 649,046 passengers, where in 2020 flights are still limited due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Public Relations of Angkasa Pura I Sentani Airport, Surya Eka explained that in 2019, passengers at Sentani Airport reached 1.6 people.

Meanwhile, the total number of aircraft movements from 2021 has reached 38,946 aircraft, an increase of 7 percent, compared to last year’s total of 36,828 aircraft.

“Meanwhile, cargo has decreased by -14 percent, where this year Sentani Airport serves 99,078,202 kilograms of cargo, compared to last year’s figure of 114,986,362 kilograms,” said Eka, recently.
